About Artec 3D
Tasks:
- Assist a team of channel managers in day-to-day communication with the company’s international partners and customers.
- Handle incoming leads (Americas region).
- Respond to email inquiries in a professional and timely manner, delivering an excellent customer experience by providing fast, helpful, and relevant replies.
- Work with CRM and other corporate platforms on a daily basis.
- Support the team in maintaining up-to-date records on any activities related to sales, marketing, and business development.
- Keep up to date on the company’s products and services.

Required skills and competence:
- Excellent/native English (strong verbal and written communication skills).

- Previous experience in customer support or similar role.

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
